It helps my center of gravity so so much as I have dyspraxia so normal carriers have always been a bit awkward for me to use alone. But also trying to carry my albeit light 5yro and comparably heavy 11mo is quite the challenge sometimes lol. Helps my hips not feel like they're dying lol.
